These terms govern your use of this website and our services. Section 5 contains our full text messaging terms, including how to opt out. Please read it if you have agreed to receive text messages from us.
This website is operated by Knightingale Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Knightingale Group. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Knightingale Enterprises Ltd, and "you" means the person using this website or receiving communications from us.
By using this website, submitting one of our forms, or consenting to receive messages from us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or submit your details.
You may use this website for your own lawful, personal or business purposes. You may not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, or interferes with its operation or with anyone else's use of it.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and video — is owned by or licensed to Knightingale Enterprises Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may view and share it, but you may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Call recordings featured on this site are published with the consent of the participants and are provided as illustrations of professional practice. You may not download, re-edit, redistribute or use them for any purpose without our written permission.
Any revenue figures, close rates, deal counts or other performance results shown on this website are historical records of specific past performance, in specific businesses, under specific conditions.
They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of any result you will achieve. Results in sales and in business depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market, offer and circumstances.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or employment advice. You should take your own professional advice before making any decision.
These terms apply to the SMS and MMS messaging programme operated by Knightingale Enterprises Ltd. By providing your mobile telephone number and ticking the relevant consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.
Programme operator: Knightingale Enterprises Ltd (trading as Knightingale Group).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and asked to hear from us. There are two distinct categories of message, and you consent to each one separately:
You opt in by entering your mobile number into the chat widget on this website, or on one of our online forms or landing pages, and giving consent at the point of submission for the category of message you want to receive. The consent wording is shown to you in full, next to the field where you enter your number, before you submit it.
We keep a record of the consent you gave, the wording shown to you at the time, and the date and source of that consent.
Message frequency varies. For service and appointment messages, you will typically receive up to five messages in relation to each booking or enquiry you make. If you have opted in to marketing messages, you will typically receive no more than four to eight marketing messages per month. You will never receive messages in a category you did not agree to.
We do not charge you for the messages we send or for messages you send us in reply. However, message and data rates may apply, and depending on your plan you may be charged by your mobile network provider for sending or receiving them. Please check with your provider if you are unsure.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time.
Reply HELP to any message and we will send you our contact details and information about the programme. You can also reach us at any time at [email protected], or by post at Knightingale Enterprises Ltd, 3a Lionel Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, England, TN40 1NS.
Message delivery depends on your mobile network and your device, and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by your network operator, your handset, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Not all handsets or carriers support every type of message.
Knightingale Enterprises Ltd provides growth, marketing and sales services to client businesses, and in some cases operates messaging programmes on their behalf. Where a message relates to a client brand, that brand is clearly identified in the message, so you always know who is contacting you and about what.
Your consent applies only to the brand identified to you at the point you gave it, together with Knightingale Enterprises Ltd as the operator of that programme. Consent is never transferred, sold, or reused for a different brand. Each programme is opted into, and opted out of, separately.
How we handle your mobile number and your consent record is set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may change or end the messaging programme, or these messaging terms, at any time. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to receive messages after that point means you accept the change.
This website links to content hosted elsewhere, including video recordings hosted by Loom and Fathom. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
